Field-note

Wednesday Wisdom

A bank of large rocks covered in snow, spacing out as they run into a peaceful stream. Superimposed text reads: Today I turn from the noise toward the old teachers—stone that remembers frost, trees that lean toward tomorrow, paths that reveal themselves only by walking. Spring does not argue with winter. It simply arrives.

Wisdom grows quietly. The land teaches better than any boast. I choose to wait, to tend, and to trust that what is coming will come in its season.
